Marachas Manufactures LLP is a dynamic aluminum extrusion specialist based in Kerala. Launched in 2023, we combine high-volume production with South Indian craftsmanship to meet the needs of a fast-growing global market.We will not compromise on quality
Production Facilities
We currently operate a 750 MT extrusion press capable of producing profiles with a CCD ranging from 5mm to 110mm. To further boost our output, a 1450 MT press is currently under installation. Our floor is equipped with precision machinery, including:
Automated puller and de-twisting stretching systems.
Customized cutting stations for bespoke length requirements.
Reverberatory melting furnaces and DC casting units.
We produce alloys adhering to IS 733, IS 737, IS 1285, and various ASTM standards. Quality is verified via high-accuracy chemical analysis using VAS and M Tec spectrometers.
